Last updated 10 October 2026. This page describes how DraftMyEOT handles the information you and your company put into the product and onto our website.

Who we are

DraftMyEOT is operated by sole proprietors together with partnered contractors. The place of operation is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at [email protected].

DraftMyEOT is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All generated documents are drafts requiring review by a qualified professional before reliance or submission.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, work email, company name and country, given at signup.
  • Project records: the contracts, delay events, evidence, letters, claim drafts and rebuttal material you upload or enter.
  • 48-hour draft form submissions: what you type into the 48-hour draft form and any files you attach. We also store the IP address from which the form was submitted, which we use to limit repeat submissions.
  • Billing records: the status of your subscription or one-time order. Payment details are entered on the hosted checkout of our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
  • Email records: a log of the automated emails we send you, such as deadline alerts, invitations and draft-ready notices.
  • Marketing website analytics: see the next section.

Analytics on our website

Our marketing website (draftmyeot.com) uses Google's analytics tag (gtag.js) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. No analytics tool runs inside the DraftMyEOT application itself.

How your project data is stored

Our database is hosted in Asia Pacific (Sydney) on Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase. Each company's workspace is isolated at the database level. Uploaded documents and evidence sit in private storage and are reached through signed, time-limited links, not public links. Consultants you invite see only the project you grant them, for as long as the invitation stays active.

We do not state a region for any other part of the service, including file storage, AI processing and email delivery.

How AI processing works

Contract extraction, letter drafting, claim drafting and diary transcription work by sending the relevant text, and for diary transcription the image, from a server-side function to OpenRouter, which passes it to a third-party language model provider. Each model provider has its own data handling terms, including how long it may keep prompts.

Our OpenRouter account is configured so that requests are not routed to paid endpoints that train on request data. OpenRouter's own prompt and completion logging is switched off for our workspace. We have not enabled zero data retention, so the model provider may retain prompts under its own terms. We will tell you which providers are in the chain if you ask.

Expert review

Paid draft services are reviewed by an expert reviewer. While an order is being reviewed, the reviewer can see the project material needed for that order and can edit the text of the draft. When the review is complete, the reviewer's access is removed. We keep a stored copy of the draft text from before a change and a copy of the released version. These copies are deleted when the draft is deleted.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product, with the expert reviewers working on your order, and with any consultant you explicitly invite to a project.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. If you buy a one-time expert-reviewed draft and it has not been reviewed within 48 hours, it is refunded automatically.

How long we keep data, and deletion

We keep your records while your workspace exists. Inside the application you can delete projects, claim drafts and rebuttals. Deleting one removes its database records, but uploaded files related to it can remain in storage until they are removed.

If you email [email protected] asking us to delete your company's data, we will delete your company's database records and its stored files.

We keep daily database backups for a limited period. Data you delete can remain in backups until those backups expire.

Your choices

  • You can revoke a consultant's access at any time.
  • The application can export your hindrance register as a CSV file, and can export claim drafts where your plan allows it. There is no single export of all your data.
  • You can ask us to delete your company's data, as described above.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and will change the date at the top.
