WHAT TO SEND

Whatever exists. Tidy is optional.

01

The contract

General Conditions, Particular Conditions, amendments and side letters. Scans are fine; text PDFs are faster.

02

The delay events

A list, an email, or a call. Event dates, when you became aware, who caused it, what it affected. Rough is fine.

03

The records

Site diaries (photos of handwritten pages work), WhatsApp exports, letters, RFIs, minutes, photos, programme extracts.

04

The letters already sent

Any notices already issued, so the status check reflects what actually happened rather than what should have.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

The deliverable, in four parts

  • D1Claim narrativeIntroduction, contractual basis, facts, cause and effect, time impact, cost reservation, conclusion. Each paragraph tied to a record, structured for your contract family.
  • D2Notice status checkEvery event graded: served in time, window open, or window closed, with dates shown and time-barred events flagged for expert advice rather than hidden.
  • D3Evidence gap listWhich of the thirteen standard evidence categories are covered and which are missing, so site can be tasked while records can still be created.
  • D4Annexure packYour records ordered and numbered to match the narrative's citations, ready to bind behind the claim.

THE RULES

What we will not do

X

No unreviewed drafts

Every output passes a named expert before it reaches you. Every page carries a draft-for-expert-review banner, and we say it out loud in every call.

X

No claims already in arbitration

At that stage you need forensic delay experts and counsel. We will say so and, where we can, point you to one.

X

No invented facts

If a date, clause, or record is missing, the draft says so in square brackets. It does not fill the hole with something plausible.

X

No naming clients

Your project is never used in marketing without written permission. Testimonials are anonymised unless you choose otherwise.

48-HOUR DRAFT · FREQUENTLY ASKED

Asked in every first call

What if our records are a mess?
That mess is what the offer was built for. Send what exists. The gap list tells you what is missing, which is itself worth having before the Engineer points it out.
Does 48 hours include weekends?
It is counted in the working days of your project's country. A project sent Thursday afternoon in Dubai returns on Monday.
Do we keep the draft if we do not go ahead?
Yes. The draft, the gap list, and the annexure pack are yours whether or not you buy anything else.
Who reads our documents?
The DraftMyEOT founder, the drafting engine, and the named expert reviewer, under an NDA on request. Nobody else, and never another client.
CERTIFICATIONS OF CONDUCT

Why you can put your name near it

Draft for expert review

DraftMyEOT is not a law firm and never claims to be. Every output is a draft, built to be reviewed and signed by your contracts lead or consultant.

Nothing invented, ever

No dates, events, or clause numbers appear that you did not supply. Every paragraph shows the evidence reference it was built from.

Your data, walled off

Each company's workspace is isolated, documents sit in private storage, and consultants see only the project they were invited to.

Transmit for 48-hour draft

Send a contract, your delay events, and whatever records exist, tidy or not. A structured draft comes back in 48 hours. Not useful? Keep it, owe nothing.
