EOT claim software built around the hindrance register, not bolted onto it.

Indian government contracts run on hindrance registers, protective letters, and Authority Engineer countersignatures. The workspace keeps all three linked to the events they protect from day one, then drafts the EOT application in the format the AE expects.

THE INDIAN DESK

Why claims reach arbitration years late, and lose there

On highway packages the record that decides an arbitration is written in the first weeks of a hindrance, not in the years before the hearing. Most contractors reconstruct it later, which is why the Authority so often out-documents them.

INDIA · FREQUENTLY ASKED

Asked in every first call

Does the export match what our Authority Engineer expects?
The export uses the standard columns: Sl. No., Description of Hindrance, Date of Occurrence, Date of Removal, Period, Responsible Agency, Remarks, and AE Signature status, as CSV and as a printable view. If your AE uses a variation, tell us and we will match it.
Our notice window is short and counted from occurrence, not awareness. Can it handle that?
Yes. Extraction reads whether your clause runs from the event or from awareness and whether it is a strict or soft time-bar, and you confirm each value before the deadline engine activates.
Can amounts display in lakhs and crores?
Indian projects can show contract value and cost figures in lakh and crore notation alongside the plain rupee figure.
What about the January 2026 change to NHAI arbitration for large disputes?
The circular discussed by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas moves larger disputes away from arbitration and toward other routes. Whatever forum decides your claim, the contemporaneous record decides the outcome, which is the only part the software controls.

Draft for expert review

DraftMyEOT is not a law firm and never claims to be. Every output is a draft, built to be reviewed and signed by your contracts lead or consultant.

Nothing invented, ever

No dates, events, or clause numbers appear that you did not supply. Every paragraph shows the evidence reference it was built from.

Your data, walled off

Each company's workspace is isolated, documents sit in private storage, and consultants see only the project they were invited to.

Send your next NHAI, CPWD, or metro package

Send a contract, your delay events, and whatever records exist, tidy or not. A structured draft comes back in 48 hours. Not useful? Keep it, owe nothing.
