NHAI EPC · NHAI HAM · Authority Engineer workflow

Built for the package where the Authority already out-documents you.

NHAI has been winning arbitration after arbitration on the strength of its own record. The answer is not a better lawyer later. It is a better register now, with every hindrance, letter, and countersignature linked from the first week.

Contractor claims raised in arbitration against NHAI over a recent five-year window
~36%
Share of claimed value awarded on settled cases in that window, per the Standing Committee on Transport

Where highway EOT claims are actually won or lost

A 2024 Committee on Estimates review named land acquisition and environmental clearance as the two largest identified causes of delay across the NHAI portfolio. Both are Authority-side hindrances. Both are only worth anything to a contractor if they were logged, notified, and countersigned at the time.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, each one stamped

NHAI · FREQUENTLY ASKED

Asked in every first call

Does it handle HAM as well as EPC?
Yes. Hybrid Annuity Model contracts carry their own profile alongside EPC, reflecting HAM's different payment and risk-sharing structure. The hindrance and notice mechanics are tracked the same way.
Our notice clause runs from occurrence, with a short window. Is that supported?
Yes. Extraction reads whether the clock runs from occurrence or awareness and how many days it allows, and the deadline engine uses the values you confirm.
Can our independent engineer or consultant review inside the workspace?
An admin can invite an external consultant to one project. They can read the register, evidence, and drafts, comment, and mark a draft as under review or reviewed. They see nothing else.
What about the January 2026 circular on arbitration?
It changes where large disputes are heard, not what wins them. A contemporaneous, countersigned record is the asset in every forum.

Why you can put your name near it

Draft for expert review

DraftMyEOT is not a law firm and never claims to be. Every output is a draft, built to be reviewed and signed by your contracts lead or consultant.

Nothing invented, ever

No dates, events, or clause numbers appear that you did not supply. Every paragraph shows the evidence reference it was built from.

Your data, walled off

Each company's workspace is isolated, documents sit in private storage, and consultants see only the project they were invited to.

Send your next NHAI package

Send a contract, your delay events, and whatever records exist, tidy or not. A structured draft comes back in 48 hours. Not useful? Keep it, owe nothing.
